Timed 5K run/walk takes place on the east side of Crown Point Park in San Diego on Mission Bay. Enjoy the course along the bay on the bay side walkway. Dr. Hayes from Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN will be joining us.
Awards will be given to the overall winner male and female. Medals/recognition will be given to 2nd and 3rd place males/females overall and to the top three males/females in a variety of age groups.
Register by August 17, 2025, to guarantee this year's t-shirt.
