Join us for a fantastic weekend of warm-water diving in the Sea of Cortez! The Sea of Cortez is often referred to as the “World’s Aquarium” due to its incredible diversity of marine species. Divers can encounter a wide range of marine life including colorful
tropical fish, playful sea lions, majestic manta rays, docile whale sharks (seasonally), and even the occasional encounter with dolphins or humpback whales.
Our trip departs Wednesday, Aug 5th from Sun City, AZ (caravan). We will drive to the border crossing at Nogales, AZ. We usually stop in Santa Ana, Hermosillo, and then into Guaymas/San Carlos area. It is approximately 8 hour drive.
Weather permitting, we are diving 3 dives Thursday (2 Island plus 1 local wreck), 3 dives Friday (Island) and 2 local dives Saturday morning. A night dive is optional and is available for $100. Sunday we will have breakfast and then we head home. Our hotel is close to the beautiful marina (less than a mile) to board the dive boat. Many shops and other restaurants are within walking distance.
The trip is $960 per person (double occupancy)
