About This Experience Join me for a restorative sound bath during Samhain season—the time between All Hallows' Eve and early November when the boundary between worlds feels more permeable. Let the sound frequencies guide you into deep rest while the season naturally invites introspection and connection.

• Cookies and Mint Tea will be served after

This is a time to:

• Slow down and turn inward as the season darkens
• Rest in the quiet and see what surfaces
• Connect with something deeper
• Simply be still

Your only job is to lie down, breathe, and let the sounds do their work. The liminal energy of the season does the rest.

Bring a yoga mat and a blanket to keep you cozy and comfortable during the experience. Other suggestions include an eye mask, pillow and journal if you want to capture anything that comes up.
