Join us every 3rd Sunday for Self-Care Sundays, a monthly beachside sound bath experience.

Set against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean at Playa Del Rey Beach, our Hypnotic Sound™ Sunset Soundbaths are designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner peace.

Led by Dee Franklin, Registered Nurse, Certified Trauma-Informed Clinical Hypnotist, and Founder of AMRA LIGHT, this immersive experience draws from both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
