• 7:45AM - Boscombe Sauna House (depart 8AM)
• 9:45AM - Coffee stop at Fuel and Fable
• 11:30 AM - 90-minute post cycle sauna!

*This is a community-led cycle ride sponsored by The Saltwater Sauna. Participate in this ride at your own risk.

About the sauna

After your ride, enjoy a 90-minute Finnish sauna with bottomless herbal tea. We will chain our bikes outside the sauna.

Prices

£16 per person to include a guided ride and discount sauna experience at Boscombe Sauna House. Pit stop drinks and snacks from Fuel and Fabel are in addition.
