Salt Serenity gives you the unique and unforgettable experience of practicing by yoga in a salt cave. Let the yin and restorative yoga class help you unwind and recenter while enjoying the detoxifying and rejuvenating effects of pink Himalayan salt.This class will take place every Saturday starting 10/12. Space is limited due, so please register in advance! You will need to provide your own yoga mat for this event.
