Back a week from our Salt & Solace retreat and what a truly fabulous way to relax, reset and charge the life batteries. The weekend activities, included yoga, cycling, walking, sea swimming and breathing in nature, relaxing with good company, food and taking time out to focus on the present in a fabulous location (west Clare). . Maryclare herself is a wonderful yogi and her calm and truly welcoming nature is a real gift. She organised everything including accommodation, food (thank you Shelia), gorgeous 4 legged friends (thank you Lenny & Harper) and the weekend agenda which we were free to step in and out of as needed for each individual. I really appreciated this slice of calm in a crazy world and came away with tools and techniques for myself. Loved it & would highly recommended for anyone looking for a retreat. Treasa
