💃🏽Salsa on 2 ladies styling with Bhavana🤩This is NOT your typical Salsa Ladies Styling class!
Ladies’ styling isn’t just about looking “sexy” on the dance floor—it’s about control, technique, confidence, and true body awareness. In this series, we’ll dive deep into body mechanics, precision, and expression so you can move with intention and AUTHENTICITY!
Class schedule:
✅ April 15th Footwork & Follow Technique : Sharpen your weight transfers and responsiveness while understanding how to apply them in partnerwork drills.
✅ April 22nd Body Movement : Learn to engage specific muscle groups for different movements, focusing on where the movement originates rather than just mimicking it.
✅ April 29th Spins & Turn Technique : Improve balance, coordination, and control through targeted strengthening exercises inspired by physical therapy, along with spin and turn drills.
✅ May 6th Arm Styling : Develop fluidity and intention in your arm movements, learning how to emphasize them and experiment with different movement dynamics.
Each class will conclude with a pattern, and there will be opportunities to record your progress. A professional videographer will capture our dancing.
This series will consist of Salsa on 2 and is open to all levels! If you’re new to Salsa, don’t be shy—I’ve got you covered! My intermediate and advanced dancers will be challenged as well.
