“Remember Him” throughout the New Year and plan now to celebrate Easter with the Mesa Easter Pageant!See the magnificent free production of “Jesus the Christ” presented on the north lawn of the Mesa Arizona Temple for nine performances from April 9-12 and 15-19.
The beloved community tradition is a musical dramatization that highlights the powerful and poignant moments of Jesus’ life from His humble birth to His glorious Resurrection as told in the King James Version of the New Testament. The story is presented by nearly 500 costumed cast members with the addition of live animals and special effects.
Shows start at 8 PM each evening and there is no charge to attend. Nearly 9,500 folding chairs will be set up for outdoor seating, available on a first come, first serve basis.
Recommendations: Attendees are encouraged to use Valley Metro Light Rail, which has a stop at Mesa Drive/Main Street, within a short walking distance of the venue as parking spaces are limited. Come during the first week for better seating. Please follow these guidelines for saving seats:
• A person MUST be present to save seats.
•A person should NOT save more than 4 seats.
• Seats being saved will be filled after 7:30 p.m., so everyone should be in their seats by then.
• Unattended items left for the purpose of saving seats will be removed and taken to the Visitors’ Center, 455 E. Main St.
Presented in English and American Sign Language. For Spanish, there are 400 headphones are available each evening for Spanish interpretation. Please find them at the top of the stairs on the south side of the seating area.
