Salsa Focus Lab (Level 100 series | On1): Beginner Spins & Spotting

Build clean, confident turns without losing your timing. In this Level 100 Focus Lab, we’ll break down the mechanics of the right turn and left turn, including prep, balance, spotting basics, and how to finish cleanly back on time. Great for true beginners and anyone who wants smoother, more controlled turns for social dancing.

What you’ll work on:

• Turn prep and body alignment
• Staying on time through the turn
• Clean finishes and resets
• Simple application with the basic step

Pre-registration required. Door registration only if space allows.
