Food Trucks / Food Vendors – $310

You are required to have the proper City of Salinas and Monterey County Health Department permits for food vendors. After completing registration, you will need to provide copies of those permits.

This year we are limiting the number of food vendors. Once a category is filled, it will be closed.

2 – Taco Trucks
1 – Mariscos

10x10 Food Vendor Spaces $210

1 – Papa Vendor
1 – Asian Food
1 – Agua Frescas
2 – Desserts / Candy/Ice Cream ect.

Retail Vendors – $110.00
Each 10 × 10 space
