Taco Fest 2026 takes over the Salinas Sports Complex for a 2-day celebration of tacos, mariscos, micheladas, music, culture, and community! Enjoy food vendors, live music, lucha libre on Saturday, classic & lowrider car showcase on Sunday, desserts, retail vendors, and family-friendly activities all weekend long. This is the ultimate Central Coast food festival for taco lovers, culture enthusiasts, and families. Come hungry and get ready for two unforgettable days of food, flavor, and festival vibes!
