6:45 - 7:00 Opening circle
7:00 - 8:30 Dance journey by Luminary Gardens
8:30 - 9:00 Sound bath & closing circle

Luminary Gardens is an alchemical wellspring of nourishing global soundscapes, seamlessly blending lush vibrations from top quality artists. He takes listeners and dancers on an esoteric mystical journey with the intention of sharing health and growth through somatic movement. "

Luminary Gardens manipulates the soundwaves with incredibly detailed soundscapes, ancient rhythms with tribal instruments, and psychedelic melodies; Crafting immersive experiences that will root your spirit to the earth, send you soaring through the ethereal sky.

"Ecstatic Dance is a Freeform Conscious Dance. As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations, and allow yourself to feel your emotions, sensations, body, mind, and spirit. Because this is a safe space for movement and expression, we do request that you follow the three main guidelines: no shoes (and wear comfy clothes), no booze (or any drugs), no talking (body language only). All freedom of expression is welcomed, and there is no ‘right and wrong’ here. Trust in the journey and move through everything that arises."
