These workshops will take place every other Friday, starting January 3rd. They will blend Yin Yoga with Reiki and are designed to help you reset your nervous system, balance your energy, and create more spaciousness in your body.
We’ll explore a different chakra or energy center in each workshop, using a combination of Yin postures, breathwork, mantra, and visualization techniques. You’ll leave each session feeling more restored, grounded, and aligned.
