About this Event

This walk along Chapel Street and The Crescent between two stations passes most of Salford’s best Victorian buildings, including the former Town Hall, Education Offices, Museum and Art Gallery, plus St Philip’s Church and Salford Cathedral. It also includes a Georgian terrace and some fine Edwardian buildings by Salford architects. All alongside major recent developments, including the University of Salford campus.

The walk is led by Dr Joanne O’Hara, Strategic Heritage Lead for Salford City Council.
