Course Introduction
At the start of the session participants will have the opportunity to self-introduce and explain what each of them can do and expect out of the training. They will also have the chance to articulate the goals they would like to accomplish by the end of the workshop.

Customers at your store and use enthusiasm while staying personable. In session, the trainer will provide some strategies of keeping that friendly attitude present for customers as long as it does not downplay the building of relationships involved.
You will learn how to build a leads board, something you’ll always need if you’re going to succeed.
