Creating a Personal Self Care List
In our session today we will explore self-care. We will talk about how we can incorporate self-care into our lives and the benefits of doing so. We will also discuss how to create a plan that works for us and our preferences. A checklist will also be created that can be used in situational circumstances to maintain our personal care.
Coping with Challenges
And in this enrichment session we can learn some techniques for developing mindfulness and for taking a break from the challenges of life, and to see our shortcomings as qualities, not as flaws.
Promoting Mental Health in the Workplace
We want to give participants the ability to identify health issues and gain access to resources to talk. We have to work collectively to give everyone the tools to feel OK.
