Preparing for Successful Calls : He'll be sharing techniques about how to find the individuals and how to identify the problems that will help improve the quality of care provided.
Crafting Engaging Introductions : Participants will learn how to improve their cold calling skills, including the art of creating a powerful opening and how to use referral networks.
: In this session participants will learn how to create a compelling pitch, how your USP is powerful, and how to answer customers questions.
Handling Customer Concerns : Improve your game. Learn how to deal with objections in this session. We’ll cover types of objections. We’ll review successful strategies and even look at advanced techniques for dealing with toughies with ease. Sealing the Deal.
Sealing The Deal : There is an art to closing a deal. During this programme, delegates will learn to recognize the critically important moment when an agreement has reached its zenith – and the gentle and easy-flowing techniques that can close any contract with aplomb.
Following Up : In this session you will also get the chance to learn how to show appreciation and gratitude to customers. Other topics include strategies to kindly deal with customer service problems, and tactics to build lasting relationships with customers.
Setting Objectives : At the start of the training, participants will be taken through the concept of sales strategizing.
