Train Kali with Paul Ingram for 3 days in St. Augustine, Florida. Learn real Kali applications in stick, knife, and empty hands!
Day 1: Paul is teaching the complete foundation of Kali from footwork to striking mechanics, to the building block drills of real skill. Including will be a short segment of Paul's top exercises and routines for keeping your body Kali fit!
Day 2: We'll be building upon the foundation transitioning through the flows of weaponry and learning the transference of skill from stick, knife, and empty hands.
Day 3: Paul is teaching from the "Weapons Triangle" Training Methodology. He has not taught this to the open public in about 10+ years! This series of partner training exercises holds a key to faster skill development for real applications!
