Sages Over Sixty (S.O.S.) with Dr. Carol Pollio

Sages Over Sixty (S.O.S.) is a forum for “women of a certain age” to come together in community, share our wisdom and experience, connect with others who are spiritually-minded, explore fulfilling our life purpose, and support health and wellness.

A monthly offering, S.O.S. will provide us with a safe environment where we can connect, share, and renew our spirit without judgment or a lack of understanding of the aging process and how to navigate through the changes that often isolate us from those around us. We’ll focus on health and wellbeing, spiritual practices and beliefs, fine-tuning our intuition, and staying mentally sharp through life-long learning.

Join me (Dr. Carol) in creating a vibrant, fun, and empowering community of elders and wise (wild) women!

All supplies needed for activities will be provided.

$20 PP

Meets 3-5 p.m. one Saturday per month (2 hours)

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are given for cancellations up to 3 days before the event. No refunds or credit will be given after that date. Our class size is small and our teachers and presenters work hard to bring these events to you. It's very difficult to fill the empty spots that close to the event. We appreciate your understanding.
