Lunch with a Loved One - April

You are invited and welcomed to a gathering in an open space for challenges & celebrations with grief & grace!

Lunch with a Loved One is a new community experience hosted by Angela, Miss Coexist, at the Stone & Sage Holistic Healing Center monthly.

“Last year, I became a certified Death Doula through the University of Vermont. As I begin to introduce myself with this title, I wanted to do a service to the community and host grief and grace gatherings to build my confidence in this new pathway. I wanted to hold a space where we can have death talks & allow ourselves to express emotions, but also bring in items to remember & celebrate loved ones, and enjoy a seat at our table regularly. There will be guided discussions, free collective conversation moments, or activities. I won’t be mediumship channeling or doing psychometry at every gathering, however we will see where the time takes us all together! I look forward to holding a new space to be together & remember!”

Gather around the table with an item, image, or mini meal to be shared with stories of a loved one. This is a beautiful place to feel supported while giving yourself permission to share emotions through loss or grief. Gentle activities or conversations will open the floor, stories and memories will be shared and celebrated.

This is a free gathering, donations are welcomed, and light snacks & tea will be offered. Bringing your own lunch is encouraged. There are plenty spaces in Milford to grab a meal and sit down at our table!
