About this Event

Welcome to Sage User Group 2026!

About the Lugo Sage User Group

Our Sage User Group brings together finance professionals, system users and decision-makers to collaborate, share experiences, and get more value from their Sage investment.

It’s designed as a practical, user-focused forum - where real-world challenges can be discussed openly, and best practice can be shared across organisations. Whether you're focused on efficiency, reporting, integrations, or security, the group provides a space to learn from peers and gain fresh perspectives.

What the User Group Is For

The group exists to keep Sage users informed, connected, and continuously improving.

Each session blends:

  • Product updates and insights
  • Peer-led discussions on how organisations are using Sage day-to-day
  • Expert input on wider topics impacting finance teams
  • Open Q&A and feedback sessions

The focus is always on practical takeaways - what works, what doesn’t, and how to improve.

What to Expect

Our Sage User Group sessions are designed to be:

  • Interactive – open discussion is encouraged
  • Relevant – driven by real user challenges and questions
  • Insightful – combining technical knowledge with practical examples
  • Collaborative – connecting you with peers across similar sectors

Sessions typically include a mix of short presentations, live demonstrations, and informal discussion.

Who Should Attend?

The group is ideal for:

  • Finance managers and directors
  • Sage users and system administrators
  • Operational and business leaders with responsibility for finance systems

Membership

This event is only open to Accountants in Practice in Scotland who are members of the Sage User Group Scotland (SUGS). SUGS invite various product managers from Sage to present at each meeting on topical issues, and those suggested by members.

2 full day meetings are held per year. Food and beverages are provided throughout the day. You will also gain access to our members-only LinkedIn Discussion Group.

Membership costs £100 per calendar year paid by direct debit and entitles one representative from your firm to attend two user group meetings per year. If you're joining before the autumn/winter meeting, membership is reduced to £50. Additional attendees from the same firm can attend for £35 per person per meeting.
