Join us in Glasgow for a one day masterclass in critical event management.
In the workplace there can be times when a number of incidents take place, and as you are preparing for one debrief, another crisis situation unfolds. Ollie has extensive experience with these types of scenarios and the day will focus on looking at the practicalities and include skills practice to develop the confidence to deliver the most effective support to colleagues.
PSC Strategic Advisor, and Elite ICISF Instructor, Lt. Col. Oliver Barbour Rtd., visits Scotland in May to offer a number of masterclasses and events. Ollie has extensive experience leading a CISM programme for the Irish Defence Forces and families deployed on humanitarian duties in the Mediterranean, resulting in no losses to mental health injury at this time. Since retirement from the Irish Defence Forces, Ollie delivers CISM interventions for various organisations following accidents, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and other traumatic events, and continues to deliver advanced training.
Angela McGowan, founder and Director of PSC, is an ICISF Approved Instructor and Advanced CISM Practitioner. Angela served 16 years in the Royal Navy as an Aircraft Commander/Observer mainly on search and rescue duties.
