Join me for a fun and relaxing workshop where you’ll get to create your very own smudge sticks using beautifully fragrant herbs and natural treasures. Along the way, you’ll hear stories and traditions from around the world about herbal smoke cleansing, and explore the special gifts of plants like sage, mint, and rosemary. You’ll also learn simple ways to use your smudge stick to cleanse yourself, your space, or cherished objects. By the end of our time together, you’ll head home with a unique, hand-crafted smudge stick infused with your own personal touch—perfect for bringing more peace, clarity, and good energy into your life.This Sage Smoke Stick Workshop includes :
