Two 45 sessions with a bacon sandwich in the break.
First session is with Tina Attfield hosting an introductory pole session working on balance and straightness, to develop skills ready to take forward to the Second session with Dawn Fitzhugh Complete Coaching hosting an Arena XC training course. All levels catered for from first timers to more experienced partnerships. Please message to secure your spot. £55 per person.
