Safeness of Me and You: Mentalization Based Treatment

Join us for an in-person event all about Mentalization Based Treatment!

Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) is an evidence-based transdiagnostic treatment from the UK. Grounded in attachment and developmental theories, it is designed to be hands on, practical, and utilized by medical and mental health professionals in multitudes of settings. This training is going to focus on introducing the core theoretical foundations (epistemic trust, non-mentalizing modes) and practical interventions (assessing mentalizing, validation, countermoves, MBT loop) to be utilized in practice to address emotional dysregulation, attachment rupture, repair, and building robust and effective rapport with clients.
