Looking for a space to hit the pause button, breathe and genuinely reset? You are invited to SAFE Circle - a relaxed, down-to-earth gathering designed to help you calm the spiral and reconnect with your body.
In our busy lives, stress and overstimulation can easily take over. This circle isn't about "fixing" anything; it's a gentle, supportive space to learn how to navigate your nervous system in real time. Together, we will explore simple, practical somatic practices and breathwork to help you ground, release tension, and find your calm.
