The autumn equinox is nature’s invitation to pause, reflect, and restore. Against a backdrop of golden forests, clear water, and crisp forest air, this retreat offers the perfect setting to shed what no longer serves you and step into the quieter, more inward rhythm of the season. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, this weekend has been designed with you in mind.
Our practices are for every body, every level. Thoughtfully crafted sessions for curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. Classes are intentional and inclusive, weaving together breath work, asana, and meditation to mirror the equinox theme of balance and transition. You’ll leave with tools to carry with you long after the weekend ends.
Our teachers are experienced certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers, bringing depth, integrity, and professional excellence to every session. Continuing Education Credits (CECs) are available for yoga teachers (additional admin fee of $44) and all-levels of practitioners looking to deepen their practice.
Prices include lodging from hostel style camper cabins to limited availability upgrades and semiprivate/ private accommodations, delicious home cooked meals, use of camp amenities (including sauna!), and all programming. Early bird per person prices:
$325 for shared rustic cabin bunk (max occupancy 5- choose your own roomies or make new friends)
$375pp for rustic cabin bunk shared with just 1-2 others (perfect for friends attending together)or $350pp for group of 4
