🌸 Ladies — let’s create a safe space together 🌸I’m hoping to set up a monthly meet-up at The Solent Hotel, where we can openly talk about women’s physical and mental health in a supportive, judgement-free environment.
Nothing is off-limits — this is a space to share knowledge, experiences, and support one another through the many changes we go through in life.
