Start the New Year soothed in celestial sound and stillness.
Come and bathe yourself in angelic harmony, and allow angelic frequencies to assist with bringing balance to your mind, body and soul.
You’ll be gently guided through a meditation to connect with an archangel, and receive their love, light and guidance.
This will lead into an angelic sound bath, where the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, angel chimes, flute and my voice will enhance this connection.
There will then be time for quiet journaling, doodling, or simple stillness, providing space for you to reflect upon, integrate and ground your experience.
These sessions are a monthly opportunity for you to take some time out just for you within a peaceful, protected, sacred space.
Whilst a community of like-minded souls will come together, it is my intention that this is a sacred time for you to go within and reflect introspectively.
There is no need for you to share your experiences with others. This is a time and place for you to simply be, lovingly held in the arms of the angels.
These angelic sound bath sanctuary sessions aren’t about the room where we gather, but the resonance that is remembered.
The sacred space that is created with love and intention, where celestial tones, angelic whispers and your own breath become one.
It’s a vibration of peace that can stay with you long after the final notes fade.
As each new month begins, let this be your moment to return. To breathe. To listen. To be. Bathed in angelic harmony.
A gift from me to you:
To assist with your experiences, during your first session you will receive a copy of my Angels By Your Side Journal, a pen, and a set of coloured pencils.
What to bring:
Your Angels By Your Side journal, pen and pencils.
Whatever you need to feel comfortable. I suggest a mat to lie on (or a recliner chair), blankets, a pillow for underneath your head, and possibly another one for underneath the back of your knees. Chairs can be provided for those who prefer to sit up.
Please also bring a drink of water and a light snack.
