🌀 Learn Brazilian zouk techniques to unlock your ability to lead and follow safe and comfortable head motion that you can bring into any social dances like salsa, bachata, and kizomba.
Workshop Overview:
🔄 Understanding head motion vs. head movement (passive vs. active)
💪 Structural vs. muscular support
↕️ Exploring vectors of movement: vertical, horizontal, and rotational
🤝 Exercises to improve comfort and safety
