A practical, confidence-building training designed to help lone workers recognise stalking, harassment and abusive behaviour early, set strong boundaries, and respond safely in real-world situations. This session combines essential awareness training with practical breakaway response skills, giving participants the knowledge, instincts and techniques they need to stay safe, calm and in control.
