Join us for an afternoon of meaningful connection, to yourself and other women as we journey with the gentle medicine of Ceremonial Cacao (optional) and use powerful Shamanic healing, conscious dance and movement, conscious connected breathwork and a sharing circle, to be guided back to more inner peace, contentment and Love.
Ceremonial Cacao is a Sacred Heart Medicine. The Spirit of the Cacao Plant supports a gentle opening of the Heart centre, allowing us into deeper SELF-LOVE and INNER connection. Combining this medicine with the Power of Conscious Connected Breathwork, you are invited into a deep reawakening of your body and senses, which creates a platform for more moments of Pleasure and Joy in day-to-day life.

When a woman knows her value, she shines like a diamond, allowing her natural radiance to be seen unapologetically by others. She becomes magnetic to more and more wonderful things in life, from better relationships, to deeply fulfilling work, to a deeper sense of inner peace. Each of us is magnificently unique, having wonderful gifts to offer the world, just through Being our authentic selves, and knowing our value. So often, we seek Love and Fulfillment from outside of ourselves, feeling disempowered or deeply effected when it doesnt seem present. However when we take the time to cultivate our Self Love, a deep sense of inner connection and self honouring, we can find this place of stillness, joy and connection from within. Then the love bonds we form with others are built on a platform of inner stability, allowing deeper trust and openess.
Sometimes it can be difficult to remember how wonderous we are. Our upbringings, or the messages in the world from day to day are not always supportive of us really knowing our value, and feeling safe to shine brightly as we are in our lives.
When we have a safe, nourishing and supportive community around us, it can provide a wonderful framework for us to remember more of our radiance, our magnificence and beauty. To reconnect to what brings us joy and makes us tick as individuals, and feel the courage to take this forth in the world. And when we can live our passion more and more in day to day life, it often helps us to feel more fulfilled, more joyous, have more energy and experience more pleasure in day to day life.
This women's gathering is an invitation into a Loving and Supportive community, sitting side by side other women, to explore yourself, and blossom into even more of your Radiance.
This womens ceremony will include three powerful components, to transport you into deeper connection to your own heart, and body, and an invitation to permission more pleasure in day to day life:
1. Sharing of Ceremonial Cacao and heart sharing circle
You will be invited in small groups to share your intentions for the ceremony, perhaps an area of life in which you heart wants some healing, or a heart’s desire you want to bring into your life. You will have the option to receive and drink Ceremonial Cacao, prepared by Swaha Devi in sacred ceremony before our meeting, invoking the power of the Cacao Deva, a powerful Heart medicine. This pure genuine Ceremonial grade Cacao is known to support people to connect more deeply to their heart, and experience heart awakenings. If you choose not the drink the cacao, your intention, the Breathwork and dance processes still provide a powerful portal for transformation.
2. Conscious Dance and Movement
You will be guided through conscious dance and movement practices to soften your heart, and awakening your vitality. We will begin to welcome the conscious connected breath at this stage.
3. Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
You will be invited to lay on your mat, and move into a deeper inner Shamanic Journey through CCB.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
CCB is a powerful Shamanic healing tool using a specific active breathing style. Breathing in this very conscious and intentional way can support the reopening of energy and physical pathways to deeper states of pleasure in every day life, a deeper knowing through connection to your “inner healer” and inner source of wisdom, and a deeper trust and confidence in yourself and your life. As we access these powerful inner spaces through conscious connected breathwork ceremony, we can bring these inner resources back more and more into every day life.
considerations for CCB: those with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, those having had recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma, or active spiritual emergency should get in touch before booking for this event. If you fall into any of these categories and would like to attend, we can generally provide a slightly different breathing practice that will be safe for your to use during the CCB part of the ceremony.
