This is for those who need to swap the noise for the salt air. We’re getting together to explore the quiet corners of our waterways and find some stillness in the spots only a paddleboard can reach.Brad from Paddleboard NSB will lead us out to Sand Dollar Island. We’re going to take our time, keep it easy, and just enjoy the glide.
Once we beach the boards, Christy (The Medicine Bar) will guide us through a yoga and meditation session right on the sand.
It’s a grounded, unhurried practice meant to help you settle into the rhythm of the tide.
Before we head back, we’re taking time to hang out and recharge with handcrafted botanical elixirs and a spread of botanical bites—fresh, healthy, and light snacks to fuel the paddle home.

Who it’s for: Everyone. Whether you’re a total beginner on a board or haven't stepped on a mat in years, you're welcome here.
What to bring: Clothes you’re comfortable getting wet in, a towel, water bottle, and sunscreen.
