Join Chris as he leads you in an Aerial Sound Healing Journey that will help soothe/heal the body, mind, and spirit.The journey includes a 75-90min Aerial Sound Healing Journey using multiple sounds, frequencies and tactile physical vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, plus many other instruments.
Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, personal pillow, blanket, bolster, blocks, socks and/or eye mask and any other comfort items; as Kula has limited (FCFS) blankets , bolsters & blocks.
Space is limited, so registering in advance is highly recommended.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
