This 8-week journey for women ready to understand, honour, and transform this powerful life transition.
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ grounding the body through hormonal change
✨ releasing old identities and roles
✨ working with anger, emotion, and truth as sacred energy
✨ navigating the “void” and uncertainty
✨ reconnecting to purpose, voice, and inner authority
This is not a typical workshop.
It’s a space to be real, to be witnessed, and to remember your power.
