Catherine is a grounded and intuitive facilitator who works closely with seasonal cycles and ritual practice, supporting participants to reconnect with nature’s rhythms and their own inner wisdom. She blends this with extensive experience in behavioural and environmental science and training in movement practices such as Tai Chi.
