Kundalini Life-Force Activation Ceremony with & Blue Lotus

This is a guided somatic energywork experience where you’ll be lying down, supported by a curated music playlist and light hands-on facilitation.

As the body relaxes and the breath deepens, the nervous system begins to shift out of a heightened, thinking state (beta) into slower brainwave states such as alpha and theta. These states are associated with deep relaxation, reduced mental activity, and increased access to emotion, memory, and internal awareness.

From this place, the body can begin to release held tension, process stored emotional material, and allow subtle energetic movement to occur.

This ceremony is intended to work with the subtle energies, alchemise that which is asking to be shifted and connect you to the higher realms.

You will be held in ceremony by Bianca, a trauma-informed somatic energywork facilitator, and accompanied by the spirit of Blue Lotus, a plant used in Egyptian temples that is known to quiet the mind and open the door to the unseen.

This is a space to lie back, let go, and let the energy work through you; to come back to your deepest truths, and remember who you are.

When you allow your energy current to flow, it can alchemise what is ready to shift. You may notice stagnant patterns changing, the release of held emotions, and the revelation of forgotten parts of yourself. This is an experience that can bring you back to the simple truth of being alive, connected and whole.

You are your healer.

Bianca is a trauma-informed ceremonial guide and life-transitions coach initiated in kundalini activation, transcendental meditation and energy alchemy. She now guides people through spiritual journeys, sacred rites of passage and embodied transformation. As a keeper of threshold spaces, she holds ceremonies as portals of remembrance and initiation.
