Sacred Sundays - Drumming, Journaling & Circle

Sometimes the most 'spiritual' thing you can do is weep, rage, dance, bang a drum, shake, talk out loud, be human and be witnessed.

That's what this is. Time to gather in circle and turn to practices that are our true nature. Here we name the systems that make it increasingly vital that we keep our spirits and humanity intact. To me thats the definition of sacred space. Not sterile. Not neutral. Real and raw.

Every gathering is unique, but there are some ritual anchors you can expect:

• Sound - Drums & rattles, singing bowl, flute and song.
• Altar - please bring items to craft a community centrepiece
• Journaling - there may be thoughts you wish to capture on the page
• Cards - Tarot & Oracle will be provided but bring yours too
• Sharing Circle - Gentle invitation to give a voice to what you are sitting with (this is completely optional and nonspeaking people are welcome in the space).

Cultivating resilience, joy and just 'being' is my offering to the community, because we are the people we have been waiting for and new world building takes connection to the self and each other.
