We’ll move through floor-based poses and hold restorative postures with the support of blocks, blankets, and bolsters, allowing your body to deeply relax and your nervous system to reset. The class ends with a soothing guided meditation and heated eye masks, offering you a peaceful journey to restore balance within. Take this time to honor your mind, body, and spirit in our Sacred Sunday practice.*This class is prenatal friendly and accessible to all.

*Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before class with the option of rebooking or a full refund. Pre-registration is required for all classes with full payment upfront. NO in person payments accepted.
