Cacao Ceremony Share in the ancient, heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao. Warm, grounding, and deeply nourishing this is where the magic of the circle begins.

Sound Bath Surrender completely. Live sound healing washes over you as you lie back and let the vibrations do the work. One of the most deeply restorative experiences you can give your body and mind.

Pool Time at the Kimpton Sawyer Yes, really. Lounge poolside at one of Sacramento's most coveted rooftop retreats. Soak up the sun, sip something beautiful, and let yourself fully exhale.
