In a culture that celebrates busyness, striving, and constant productivity, stillness can feel uncomfortable—even unsafe.
Yet some of the deepest healing happens when we stop trying to force, fix, and figure everything out. This heart-centered breathwork journey is an invitation to rest.
Inspired by Psalm 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God," we'll explore what it means to soften into trust, surrender control, and experience the peace available beneath the noise.
Through trauma-informed breathwork, somatic awareness, prayerful reflection, and nervous system regulation practices, we'll create space to reconnect with the presence of God, Spirit, universe (whatever resonates for you!), your own inner wisdom, and the truth that you are already held.

As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!
All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
