Join us for a calming evening that blends mindful movement with creative self-expression. Start with a soothing gentle yoga session designed for all levels with mainly seated poses at Peace Yoga. Then settle into a relaxed paint-your-own denim workshop at Rustic Rehabs (located at N89W16340 Main Street) where you’ll customize a jacket, jeans, tote, or denim piece in your own unique style. Jen Dunne, owner of Rustic Rehab, will show us how to transform denim into wearable art using simple, beginner friendly techniques. We will have hands on guidance, access to paints and tools, and leave with a one of a kind piece.
