Join us for Sacred Stillness, a monthly meditation circle created for women seeking grounding, clarity, and connection. March carries the energy of renewal, growth, and equilibrium—an invitation to gently awaken what has been dormant and restore harmony between mind, body, and spirit.

✨ March’s Theme: Awakening & Balance
Inspired by the Spring Equinox, this circle will focus on emerging from winter’s inward stillness and stepping into renewed vitality—while remaining rooted and balanced. Together, we’ll explore how to grow forward without rushing, honoring both action and rest.

During this gathering, you will experience:
• Grounding breathwork to reconnect with your body
• A guided meditation focused on awakening and inner balance
• Gentle reflection or journaling
• Intention-setting for the season ahead
• A closing blessing held in sisterhood
