Sacred Steam

Sacred Steam is an opprotunity to drop into ritual that connects with to the physical body and calls in the ansectral spirit of community. By utilizing the power of plant medicine, hydrotherapy, and mindfulness, we nourish both the physiological and psycological potenial of the body to heal.

This event has a similar structure every time, yet is intuitively guided by your instructor, Hanna, depending on the energies available during session. Outside of the typical structure, Sacred Steam may incorporate sound therapy, chanting, Akashic Records reading, or open discussion. To prepare: please wear a flowing dress or skirt, the flowier the better! This makes steaming easy and comfortable. If you'd like to bring a journal, feel free.
