Join us for a sacred and restorative afternoon of ceremony, community, and deep healing.

This 3-hour experience is designed to honor the power of those who mother—through a gentle Beltane-inspired circle, a 90-minute immersive sound bath with hands-on Reiki offered throughout.

In a time when many are feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or called to keep showing up for others, this space is an invitation to rest, receive, and reconnect.

Together, we will gather in community to:

• Ground into the energy of spring and renewal
• Release what we’ve been holding
• Restore our nervous systems through sound and touch
• Reconnect with our inner clarity, strength, and capacity

As the season shifts toward fullness and bloom, this experience offers a moment to pause, be held, and remember your own power—through rest, not urgency.

This event is not exclusive to mothers. While we gather on Mother’s Day weekend to honor those who mother and nurture others, all are welcome—especially those in need of care, restoration, and connection.

Our practitioners will create a deeply supportive environment using:

• Quartz crystal singing bowls
• Guided meditation
• Hawaiian Oli (chant)
• Hands-on Reiki throughout the sound bath
• Beltane-inspired ceremony
• Community circle

Gentle transition back, with space to reflect and connect

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into your space
• We will begin promptly at 2:00 PM
• Free parking available (lot + street)
• Bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow (anything to support your comfort)
• Optional: journal, oracle cards, crystals (for personal use/charging)
• Please remove shoes before entering the mat space

Reiki
A Japanese energy healing practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance through gentle, hands-on techniques.

Sound Bath
A meditative experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to create immersive sound frequencies that support deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Together, these practices can support:

• Deep relaxation and stress relief
• Mental clarity and emotional release
• Nervous system reset
• Improved sleep and overall sense of well-being

About your practitioners:

Reiki Practitioner: Sarah Perry was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and now resides in Lafayette, CO. She is a mom to 3 children and finds joy in her work as a craniosacral therapist and is also a Reiki Master.

Sound Bath and Reiki Practioner: was also born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and now resides in Superior, CO. She is a mom to 3 children and found her way to energy and sound healing after experiencing multiple miscarriages and fertility struggles. She is a Reiki Master who has incorporated sound healing with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls into her offerings.

Reiki Practitioner & Teacher: has been practicing Reiki for 10 years and is grateful for how the practice helps her and others be rooted in their truest self, and how the practice brings people together in community. She shares and teaches the Japanese Art of Reiki in Lafayette, CO, and is the mother of a tween, a stepmom to a twenty-something, and is grateful to be sharing and holding space with Crystal and Sarah, to honor those who mother, and to hold space for deep rest.
