This Sacred Spirit Circle is a nurturing space where we come together to explore the power of journaling, connect with our inner wisdom, and share in the loving energy of our community.
In the fast paced rhythm of life, it is easy to lose touch with our thoughts, feelings, and deepest desires. Sacred Spirit Circle offers you the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through the practice of journaling and guided reflection. Together, we will explore the transformative power of writing to clarify intentions, release what no longer serves us, and invite more love, clarity, and inspiration into our lives.

💗 A journal to use during the circle and take home with you
💗 Guided journaling exercises to explore your thoughts, dreams, and intentions
💗 Reiki energy to clear and align your mind, heart, and spirit
💗 Group meditation to ground and center our collective energy
💗 Cacao to open the heart and support connection
💗 Time for reflection, sharing, and gentle discussion about the power of journaling
You are welcome to bring anything you feel called to include in your practice, such as cut out pictures, glitter pens, prompts, a crystal, token of intention, or personal items that inspire you.
Wear comfy clothes and feel free to bring a light snack or drink to share.
This is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space. All are welcome. We gather with openness, respect, and care, speaking and listening from the heart. Sacred Spirit Circle honours diversity, individuality, and shared humanity, creating a space where everyone feels seen, held, and valued.
