Sacred Spaces 001: A Soft Usher In

Our bodies hold our stories, and when we tell those stories that have roots in trauma, identity, lineage, grief, memory, our bodies often respond. Sacred Spaces offers community, conversation, and nervous system care. In collaboration with Soul Essentials Wellness, this first session will begin with a gentle, guided reflection, offering an invitation to notice how we are ushering ourselves into this new year with care, intention, and devotion. We will close out with an intentionally curated yoga session to help ground our bodies, and receive/integrate what has been reflected upon. Light refreshments will be provided.
