Join us for a special yoga session and healing sound experience to honor the promise of winter's renewal.Jenn McCullough will lead the group in a soothing Hatha yoga practice, acknowledging the deep winter's aspects of quiet reflection and hopeful preparation. Rebecca Black will use Solfeggio tuning forks and therapeutic crystal bowls during an extensive Shavasana experience. This works with the chakras on a more subtle, yet powerful level.
$35 pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
We will gather in the St. Mark's Chapel of Trinity Episcopal Church, a smaller, more intimate space ideal for this event. Entrance is on N. St. Clair St.* Free street parking right near the entrance.
