Join us at Unity of Vancouver for a deeply rejuvenating sound bath and meditation experience. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes as they guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness. How to Prepare

• Bring what you need for comfort during 120 minutes of relaxation:

(yoga mat, pillow, blanket, knee support, eye cover, and water)

• Arrive 15 minutes early to park, check in, and settle. Late entry is not permitted.

Led by Thomas DeSchutter, a seasoned musician with over 40 years of experience in drumming and sound exploration, this session offers a powerful journey into the transformative potential of sound.
